Our Call Center system coordinates delivery orders and customer pick-up from all sources (Tabit Order, Call Center, and reservations on site), takes calls from customers and manages deliveries.
You can view and edit all the relevant details about a specific customer (address, comments and order history), regardless of a specific order.
a text message can be sent to the customer when the order is ready.
The restaurant's account with the courier and all orders and payment methods are summarized on a page. You can close all the orders sent to the courier with the click of a button.
The call operator enters the customer's phone number. If the customer has made an order in the past, his/her name, address and comments will appear automatically. Before entering the menu, the last orders that the customer has made will be displayed – enabling the customer to make the same order again. After this step, the call operator adds and edits the required items to the current order and continues to the billing stage. Immediately after payment, the order arrives at the restaurant.
