Develop and drive territory growth strategies to meet and exceed performance metrics.
Prospect, qualify and visit clients to conduct needs assessment and perform targeted product demos.
Create memorable experiences for prospects focusing on over delivering and leading each relationship with a ‘solutions’ mindset.
Maintain customer contact records, opportunities, projects, and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
Build trust and educate prospects on product features and benefits from initial contact to close.
Proactively seek knowledge of industry competitors and emerging trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Collaborate across internal teams to deliver on set client expectations.
Network and create strong partnerships with restaurants in assigned territory.
Emphasize simplicity - restaurants often work with different vendors and complex integrations that don’t deliver. the solutions they want, and we can fix it - it’s that simple!
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent sales experience.
2+ years of experience in Restaurant Technology sales (credit card payment applications, Point-of Sale (POS) systems, Kitchen Production, Above Store, ASR, etc) is highly desired.
Experience working in hospitality, restaurant operations, technology, software, or SaaS environment preferred.
Solid understanding of aggregator pricing structures: UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, Open Table, etc.
Hunter mindset, relentless about building strong pipelines and moving proactively through the sales cycle.
Tech savvy with the ability to convey value in a concise and compelling manner.
Resilient, self-driven and obsessed with exceeding KPI’s and revenue targets.
Exceptional communicator and efficient problem-solver adept at matching customer needs with product features and solutions.
Strong team player able to demonstrate success working seamlessly across multiple departments to get outstanding results.
